Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges: To qualify for a return or exchange due to damage, please ensure the following:
- You have made an **unboxing video** that clearly shows the condition of the item upon receipt. This video must be submitted along with your return request.
- The request for return or exchange is made within **7 days** of receiving the item.

 

How to Initiate an Exchange:
